Ashley and Ian reached out to me looking to get their photos done with someone they are comfortable with so they can get a feel for what it feels like to be behind the camera, to learn some poses, and get some fun shots before their big day. They got just that! Ashley said the thing - “we’re not picture-people” - but just look at these photos. Are they “picture-people” or what? I had a blast with Ashley and Ian up in Harlem, dancing in the streets and around the park on a cloudy (perfect lighting for a photoshoot) Sunday afternoon. Congrats to the vibrant couple!

There are so many cool photo spots in Jersey City. One afternoon, Janice and David, who do not consider themselves picture people… and I quote, “we’re not really picture people, or posey people, or "engagement" people except now we are”, kept it is casual, but had more fun than they thought they would during this shoot. They laughed, they posed, and they showed off their excitement of being engaged -- all captured in these photos. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness together!

These two are so playful and so in love. With a little Fireball and a whole lot of love, Gab and Chuck warmed up Chicago. They danced around at some of the city's most breathtaking landmarks where we were able to get some epic shots. This was such an enjoyable one because they both were able to have fun with the shoot and were constantly laughing through their smiles. Congratulations on your engagement, Gab and Chuck!

Hana + Jeremy

My heart gets warmer everytime I spend time with these two. Hana and Jeremy have this amazing, uplifting love that resonates with everyone they meet. All I did was follow them around and took pictures of them just being themselves - deeply in love, happily engaged, and constantly joking with each other. It was my honor, really. This was by far the most gratifying shoot that I have yet done. My beautiful, golden goddess of a sister and her handsome fiance brought their A game to this shoot from THAT dress and THAT suit, all the way to THAT heartwarming love that showed in every single shot. These two share what Carrie Bradshaw would call, "ridiculous, inconvenient, consuming, can’t-live-without-each-other love." Can't you tell through these photos?
